乾淨程度一般，毛巾上甚至有小蟲的半截屍體。 但窗是雙層密閉，晚上機車黨也不會太吵。 淋雨水溫不夠，衹能勉強沖一下。

At the middle of Permas Jaya. Easy to access nearest shop, Aeon Tebrau, restaurant and dobi. 5min to Midvalley Southkey and 10min drive to Johor Bahru town depends on traffic. Just opposite with McD. Suprisely the cleanliness at this hotel is good. Only soundprofing is not so good. Overall great budget hotel availble in JB.

The lousiest hotel i ever stayed. There is water outage during my stay and the hotel refused refund. There are plenty of hotel at the surrounding than this. Highly Not recommended for stay.

Room was smelly due to previous tenant smoking. But they do help to midst the room in order to get rid. In fact, it still irritating to have midst smell too
